Abstract
Accounting of the parameters that have influence on petroleum products transportation such as transportation distance, cargo handling time and parameters of transport flow, is an important step towards increasing of its efficiency. The work included results of the research concerning efficiency of technological transport with carrying capacity from 23 to 34 ton during transportation of light petroleum product through Volgograd road network. The research base contains 26 similar road trains. The tools of obtaining data are Wialon system that uses GPS and GLONASS The data set is about 65 000 records of speed and time parameters. The regression dependences of the road train efficiency have been set on speed parameters of transportation, distance of transportation and carrying capacity. The calculation of efficiency of the road trains with semi-trailers various brands and sizes was performed. The comparative analysis of time losses from downtime of transport on the line within the city and out of the city was carried out. It was shown, that the city road network increases involuntary stops by 1.3-1.6 times. Measuring of the speed of technological transport and transport flow in dependence from time of day and day of week was performed. It was shown that the average motion speed is less on 20% than flow speed, and day time of vehicle motion amounts about 9hours per day. During transportation of motor petrol, oil and lubricants on distance, that is about 30-35km, loading/unloading time has significant influence on efficiency. Therefore, it was considered that it is advisable to use road trains with smaller sections quantity of in case of transportation at insignificant distances. To increase transportation process efficiency, methodology with substantiate of route of petrol, oil and lubricants transportation from petroleum refinery to petrol station through the city road network taking into account obtained results is necessary.
