THE METHOD OF ADAPTIVE REDISTRIBUTION OF INFORMATION RESOURCES IN THE AUTOMATED CONTROL SYSTEM IN THE CONDITION OF PERFORMANCE LOSS IN NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE NODES

Abstract
The work is devoted to the study of issues of improving information systems efficiency by utilization of certain procedures for managing of information resources distribution. The problems of distribution of applications for information provision in information subsystems of automated control systems under various functioning conditions are considered. The main function of the information subsystem of the automated control system is to provide information to officials and complexes of automation equipment for the effective management in complex organizational and technical objects. One of the tasks of information subsystem control is control of parameters characterizing the functioning of the information subsystem, including the application of information resource allocation procedures. These procedures include operations distribution of applications for the provision of information services plan formation. The distribution plan is the matrix, the columns of which define the directions to the information resources, and the rows – the types of provided services. The values of the line elements set the sequence for selecting the outgoing directions for transmitting an application for providing information from the node, in which workstations for system management officials are located, to all nodes providing information services. The choice of a procedure for the formation of a resource distribution plan in the information subsystem of the automated control system should be made depending on the state of the information subsystem of the automated control system. This paper reveals the main provisions of the method of adaptive redistribution of information resources in an automated control system with loss of performance in the nodes of the network infrastructure based on the combined applying of distribution plan formation procedures.
