Abstract
With the creation of a network-centric system of command by technologically advanced States, the dynamism of the environment in which the warring parties will have to act in the event of a conflict increases. As a result, the role and place of forces and means in the future armed struggle is changing. At the same time, increasing attention is paid to the requirements of continuity of information and analytical support of the warring parties and reducing the impact of the human factor in the performance of special tasks. The use of robotic systems for special purposes is one of the possible ways to ensure these requirements. In terms of the opposing party antagonistic cyberelectrosphere activities will be subject to increased requirements to information security of the resources of robotic systems for special purposes, carrying out special tasks away from the control point. The prospects for the development of electronic warfare, defining the including, complex conditions of the functioning of the robotic systems for special purposes. It is shown that the required conflict stability of the data transmission system of special-purpose robotic systems operating in conditions of complex electronic conflict cannot be achieved by using existing approaches to the construction of data transmission systems. The use of cognitive radio elements for the construction of these data transmission systems of robotic systems for special purposes is proposed. The developed block diagram of the telecommunication resources management system of the cognitive data transmission system is presented, as well as the methodological apparatus, which can serve as a starting point for further research, is proposed. The results can be used to develop requirements conflictological the data transmission system, analysis of security threats resources of robotic systems for special purposes, the construction of functioning models of information interaction and data transmission system.
Keywords:complex electronic conflict, electromagnetic compatibility, data transmission system, robotic complex, cognitive radio, conflict stability.
