Abstract
In work questions of safety of information exchange of users (the manuals of state corporations, officials of different control links and so forth), through insufficiently protected from the attacks (further poorly protected) a telecommunication component of special purpose information systems are considered. At the same time protection as the special purpose multiservice communication networks of means of access networks of means of administration management connected to canals and highways of a transport network from a broad spectrum of unauthorized actions is provided from violators with use of firewalls (firewalls) which maintain safety of information exchange by filtering of information streams and execution of mediatorial functions at transfer of information on a transport network of a special purpose multiservice communication network, and information of users in the course of transfer it on poorly protected environment using a number of measures (authentications, cryptography, authentication and integrity). Implementation of many measures is based on association of different access networks of means of administration management in the uniform virtual private VPN network ensuring data security in information systems. At the same time different user groups can use services of one or several VPN networks according to the security policy accepted in special purpose multiservice communication networks, and each VPN network forms on the basis of channels of poorly protected network and should be controlled effectively. Efficiency of use of virtual channels in their set within organized VPN networks and their throughputs in many respects are defined by the used ways, algorithms and protocols of management. At the same time the main ways and control algorithms VPN networks are ways and control algorithms information streams which implementation substantially is defined by the selected metrics of virtual paths. The offered ways of management of VPN networks, despite their simplicity, are rather effective and significantly reduce the average time of a delay of cryptopackets.
