Abstract
The article is devoted to the application of innovative technologies in teaching students, cadets and students based on their implementation in the monitoring center and situational center of the St. Petersburg University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia (hereinafter referred to as the University) and used both to obtain theoretical knowledge and to practice their skills and skills. In social and economic systems, such as education, the improvement of management methods and management decision-making mechanisms occurs through the widespread introduction of modern innovative technologies in the educational process in the form of modern polygons equipped with advanced hardware and software systems, as well as the development of programs and techniques allowing apply these technologies in the student’s practical activities and play the role of improving management and management adoption mechanisms Lean decisions in organizational systems in order to increase their functioning. Learners receive information through the use of modern Web technologies in real time with an analysis of the current situation and the subsequent adoption of appropriate management decisions by the students. Getting the information flow and its subsequent processing allows you to apply and consolidate your theoretical knowledge in practice and improve your managerial qualities. With the introduction of innovative information technologies into the educational process, the development and restructuring of the material and technical base in the educational process as a whole takes place. Various options for the use of monitoring and situational training grounds in the educational process are considered.
