Abstract
In article some world satellite communication systems on the basis of not geostationary spacecrafts are considered. New international superinformative LEO-HTS systems are specified. Shortcomings of use of spacecraft in a geostationary orbit against the background of which advantage of use of not geostationary orbits to spacecraft of communication is visible are revealed. The effective solution of the specified shortcomings is specified. Characteristics of a sun-synchronous orbit are considered. The provision of an orbit of the satellite of Cosmos-2492 GLONASS system for one and a half years of service where it is visible an orbit plane turn is shown as an example. The provision of an orbit of the DZZ Yaogan-27 satellite for two months of service where it is visible as far as the plane of an orbit was developed during this time is also submitted. The most energetically capacious orbital maneuvers are specified. Characteristics of an orbit “Lightning” and its modified orbit “Centaur” are given. Movement spacecraft routes in these orbits are shown. Separately characteristics of a geosynchronous high-elliptic orbit of Tundra are considered. Routes spacecraft in this orbit are also shown. Comparison of two orbits is given: Tundra and “Lightning”. Positive properties of an orbit Tundra which indicate advantage of use of this orbit are considered. One of the specified advantages is that on the working site for this orbit in smaller limits the delay distribution of radio signal changes. The analysis of characteristics, the considered orbits in this article and also, considering obligatory assumptions and features of use of orbital groups, are necessary at their expansion and maintaining in operating state both for civil, and for military.
