Abstract
One of the very important resources today is information circulating in society and having a decisive influence on social and economic systems. Human life is based on decisions and models made by him. Information is usually considered information about the world and the processes occurring in it, perceived by a person or a special device. The information that a person uses in his life has a model representation of the processes taking place in the surrounding world. When goals do not coincide in the process of daily life of social and economic systems, such as an individual, organization, district or state as a whole, conflict situations arise. The resolution of such conflicts is carried out through a certain impact on them by the parties to the conflict. For successful conflict resolution, it is necessary to know the mechanisms for the implementation of causal relationships of a particular process. The issues of identifying causal relationships aimed at resolving such conflicts are considered.
Keywords: model, mission, synthesis, management, condition for the existence of a process, social, economic, technical and technical, system.
